This is a “pro se” appeal in a tax case challenging the appraisals made by Edwards County Appraisal District to determine ad valorem taxes levied by Edwards County for the years 1985, 1986 and 1987. The controlling legal issues presented in this appeal are identical to those presented to this Court in Bower v. Edwards County Appraisal District, et al., 697 S.W.2d 528 (Tex.App.—San Antonio 1985, no writ), wherein Joe Harry Bower, plaintiff in that case and plaintiff in this case, challenged the appraisals for ad valorem tax purposes made by Edwards…
