This matter comes before the court on the land use appeal of Singh Realty, LLC (Singh). Singh sought to build a four story Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott (Fairfield Inn) on a vacant parcel of land known as Bartonsville Plaza Condominium Unit Number 3. Before building the hotel, Singh sought several variances from the Stroud Township Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB). Public hearings were held on October 9, 2013.
