This action seeks to enjoin the erection of a memorial in Riverside Park between 102nd and 106th Streets, in the Borough of Manhattan. It is brought by plaintiff taxpayer against former Mayor Wagner, former Park *276Commissioner Morris, Mayor Lindsay and Park Commissioner Moving, and the contractors to whom the construction contracts have been awarded.
