(After stating the foregoing facts.) As pointed out in the very comprehensive memorandum opinion of the trial court, as well as in the briefs of counsel for both parties, this case turns as to count one on the question of whether or not World War II was over, within the meaning of the military and naval service exception to the double-indemnity provision of the policy, set forth in part in the foregoing statement of facts, on August 19, 1945, the date of death of the insured.
