Appellant, Dreemz, LLC, (“Dreemz”) appeals from the order entered December 6, 2010, denying Dreemz’ post-trial motion. We affirm.

The pertinent facts are as follows. On November 4, 2006, 23 year old Brynne Sehuenemann (“decedent”), consumed alcohol at Dreemz, a bar in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After leaving Dreemz, in the early hours of November 5, 2006, the decedent drove her vehicle into a pole at a high rate of speed, and died five, to fifteen minutes after first responders arrived.
