This action was brought on the 28th day of September, 1922, for the foreclosure of a real estate mortgage. The summons and complaint were duly served upon the defendants who failed to answer and made no appearance of any kind in said action. Judgment by default was duly ordered and entered on the lJth day of February, 1923. Thereafter the mortgaged premises were sold and the report of the sale confirmed on the 2nd day of June, 1923.
