Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Madison County (DiStefano, J.), rendered May 21, 2002, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.

Defendant pleaded guilty to the crime of sexual abuse in the first degree and was sentenced to six months in jail and a five-year term of probation. He was subsequently found to have violated the terms of his probation by failing to participate in a treatment program for sexual offenders and by spending the night in a household where children were present.
