This is an action of debt for taxes brought by the inhabitants of the Town of Owls Head against John E. Dodge, Jr. in Superior Court for Knox County. The case was heard by a Justice of the Superior Court, in vacation by agreement, and judgment rendered for the plaintiff for $1912.50. The case comes to the Law Court on exceptions by the defendant.
