The case is here on a motion to dismiss the appeal. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the court below.
Plaintiff brought this suit to obtain a decree of divorce from defendant on the ground of her extreme cruelty. He alleged that there was no community property belonging to the parties in the State of Nevada. He also alleged that there were four minor children the issue of marriage, and asked that their custody be awarded to defendant, and that he be required to pay her for the support and maintenance of each child, the sum of $20 per month…
