The plaintiff, Siobhan Bergin (“Bergin”), has brought three claims based on breach of contract (Counts I — III) against the defendant, Dartmouth Pharmaceutical, Inc. (“Dartmouth”), and one tort claim for negligent infliction of emotional distress (Count IV) against Dartmouth and its president, Michael Greco (“Greco”).
