Daniels, Judge), granting the motion of respondent-appellee Superintendent James T. Conway (“Conway”) of Attica Correctional Facility (“Attica C.F.”) to dismiss Dillon’s petition for a writ of habeas corpus (“the Petition”) on the ground that the Petition was barred by the one-year statute of limitations set forth in 28 U.S.C. § 2244(d)(1)(A). 1
