Eunice Palmer and Edwina Harvey, a minor, by Eunice Palmer, her mother and best friend, filed their complaint against Stanley De Filippis and Angeline De Filippis for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained in an accident. Prior to the trial plaintiffs were given leave “to amend all pleadings and records of the court in the above entitled cause on their, face instanter, so that the title of the defendants shall read Angeline Albergo instead of Angeline De Filippis.
