The Chancellor.

William W. Fleming and Daniel S. Miller, jun., were seized in fee simple, equally, as tenants in common, of several large and valuable tracts of land, situate in tbe counties of Burlington, Camden, and Atlantic, and generally known and designated as the “ Atsion estate."

On the eighth of August, eighteen hundred and fifty-four, William W. Fleming executed to his father, Thomas Fleming, then residing in the city of Philadelphia, a bond, in the penal sum of two hundred thousand dollars, conditioned for the payment of one hundred thousand dollars, in two years from the date…
