CHAPMAN, C. J.:

The record in this cause discloses that Charles F. Peters and wife, Blanche N. Peters, a childless couple, in about 1922, moved from the State of, Iowa to St. Petersburg, Florida, and at the time of their death owned an estate of an approximate value of from $40,000.00 to $50,000,00 which was held as an estate by the entireties. Charles F. Peters died on April 27, 1939, when about 80 years of age and all the property went to Blanche N. Peters, who died June 7, 1939, at an advanced age, without any known relatives, but the collateral heirs of the late Mr. Peters here contend…
