GRIMM, Chief Judge.

Employee was killed in a motor vehicle accident. His wife brought a worker’s compensation action for death benefits. The commission awarded $449.80 compensation per week. Employer appeals; we affirm.

Employer alleges three points of error.1 First, it alleges the commission did not have jurisdiction to adjudicate this dispute because an employment contract specified that Indiana law should apply.
