DECISION AND ORDER
CHARLES A. ANDERSON, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court for determination whether the Court possesses jurisdiction over the above-captioned adversarial proceedings, and, if found to exist, whether the Court should nevertheless abstain from exercising such jurisdiction. The combined proceedings are essentially identical proceedings, one á class action and the other an action of identical parties before the Court under principles of joinder.
