In the Circuit Court of DeKalb County, Defendant was convicted of murder in the second degree. He has appealed and assigned errors.
We will not discuss the facts of the ease as we find it necessary to reverse and remand on a point of law.
By the second assignment of error it is insisted that reversible error was committed on the trial by the manner in which the jury was given the charge of the Trial Judge.
