At a general court-martial, appellant entered a conditional plea of guilty to one specification of unauthorized absence, three specifications of dishonorable failure to maintain funds, and ten specifications of uttering checks with the intent to defraud, in violation of Articles 86, 134, and 123a, respectively, of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 886, 923a, 934.
