HIGGINS,' Justice.
The Board of Trustees of Ruston Circuit, Methodist Episcopal Church, South, and S. D. Pearce, President of the Board, instituted a slander of title action against Mrs. Jessie Rudy and others, alleging that the Church was the owner and in possession of a certain lot of ground in the Town of Ruston, through acts of donation made to it by Robert E.
