These cases are a number of actions of replevin tried together in the Third District Court of Eastern Middlesex on an agreed statement of facts. In each case there was a finding for Allan G. Buttrick, the special administrator of the estate of Otto F. Morgan, deceased. In the Appellate Division the report was dismissed in all the cases' except No. 933; in that case the action of the trial judge was reversed and judgment entered for the plaintiff.
