HATFIELD, Associate Judge.. This is an appeal from a decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirming the decision of the Primary Examiner rejecting claims 13, 21 to 27, inclusive, and 33 to 36, inclusive, iu appellant’s application for a patent for an alleged invention relating to a method of treating water-in-oil emulsions, for the purpose of “breaking down such emulsions into their oil and water components.”
