Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Keegan, J.), entered July 18, 1997 in Albany County, which granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Plaintiff John Zonitch (hereinafter plaintiff) and his wife, derivatively, seek damages for injuries sustained by plaintiff when he slipped and fell, just inside the doors of defendants’ mall, on a snowy day in December 1995.
