MEMORANDUM OPINION

LATCHUM, Senior District Judge.

Remington Arms Company (“Remington”) instituted this declaratory judgment action alleging that Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (“Liberty Mutual”) has a duty to defend and indemnify Remington for environmental damage arising out of Remington’s operations at three Connecticut locations. (Docket Item [“D.I.”] 1.) The parties have previously stipulated that Connecticut law governs this action. (D.I. 275.)
