RAINBOW HOUSING CORPORATION ET AL. v. TOWN OF CROMWELL (SC 20506) Robinson, C. J., and McDonald, D’Auria, Mullins, Kahn and Ecker, Js. Syllabus Pursuant to statute (§ 12-81 (7) (A)), ‘‘the real property of . . . a corporation organized exclusively for . . . charitable purposes . . . and used exclusively for carrying out . . . such purposes’’ is exempt from taxation.
