Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Ira Globerman, J., on dismissal motion; Margaret Clancy, J., at jury trial and sentence), rendered March 27, 2001, convicting defendant of rape in the first degree (12 counts), robbery in the first degree (13 counts), and sexual abuse in the first degree (two counts), and sentencing him, as a persistent violent felony offender, to an aggregate term of 375 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
