— Plaintiff recovered a verdict and judgment in the sum of twelve hundred and fifty dollars for injuries alleged to have been sustained by him by reason of a' rock falling from the roof of an entry in a coal mine in which he was working.. Defendant makes the point that its demurrer to the evidence should have been sustained. The facts show that plaintiff was directed by the defendant to turn a room at a certain place off a main entry of the mine.
