Darron Campbell appeals the district court’s1 dismissal of his civil rights suit, 552 F.Supp. 1243, brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. His notice of appeal was received on the thirty-second day after the entry of judgment. We conclude the notice of appeal was untimely and may not be considered as a motion for extension of time to appeal under Rule 4(a)(5), Fed.R.App.P.
