BOND, J.—

This hill, filed by a single creditor of the defendant corporation, avers that the complainant’s claim has been reduced ¡to judgment first in the State of New York, then in Baltimore City, and that execution has been issued in this city, but has been returned unsatisfied. Subsequent to the time when the obligaition accrued, it continues, the capital stock was reduced and assets of the corporation over and above the reduced amount, and within the original capital were distributed among the stockholders ; and the individual defendants were two of these.
