BUCHANAN, Judge.

CASE SUMMARY

Defendant-appellant Jesse Stuckey (Stuckey) appeals from his convictions for bribery, 1 claiming that the trial court erred when it failed to dismiss one of the bribery charges because it had been filed after the statute of limitations had expired, that the indictments contained material variances from the proof introduced at trial, that the trial court erred when it allowed several of his pre-trial statements into evidence, and that the trial court erred when it allowed photocopies of certain documents to be admitted into evidence.
