KLEES, Judge.

Defendant-appellant appeals a decision from the Civil District Court for Orleans Parish awarding the plaintiff-appellee Alfred Pizzeck, a former employee of the appellant, $52,448.00 as fees owed to him pursuant to an oral agreement.

In the fall of 1975 Alfred Pizzeck and Eugene V. Macon, the President of Execu-tone System of Louisiana, defendant-appellant, entered into an oral agreement providing that Mr. Pizzeck would receive ten (10%) percent of all equipment, wire and cable sold on jobs he had obtained for the company, plus fifty (50%) percent of labor overages, minus a…
