STEELMAN, Judge.

Where defendant was attempting to collect money due for the delivery of cocaine at the time he shot and killed the victim, the trial court did not err in submitting the murder charge to the jury on the theory of felony murder. The short-form murder indictment alleging first-degree murder put defendant on notice of a possible felony murder theory.
