Head, Justice.

1. The evidence supported the verdict, and there is no merit in the general grounds of the motion for new trial.

2. The 4th ground of the motion for new trial, as amended, contends that the court erred in failing to grant a mistrial because of a prejudicial remark made by a witness for the State. This witness, a photographer who had been hired by the investigating officers to take photographs, was asked by counsel for the defendant, on cross-examination, the following question: “You were working for these folks?” The witness stated: “I am working for a man just like you are…
