This is an original proceeding in which the applicants seek a supervisory writ under the provisions of Rule 17, M.R.App. Civ.P. From the application it appears that an action is pending in the respondent district court wherein the applicants are defendants and they have individually pleaded counterclaims, and cross-claims and they state that the questions here presented are of law only, that being whether the counterclaims, and cross-claims of the defendants and cross-plaintiffs are 80> related to the defense of the amended complaint filed by the-plaintiff as to be inseparable therefrom.
