Stanley Tamborsici (hereinafter called defendant) sued out this writ of error to review a judgment of the criminal court of Cook county wherein he was found guilty of manslaughter by a jury and sentenced to an indeterminate term in the penitentiary. Only two points are briefed and argued by defendant, viz.: (1) That the verdict was against the manifest weight of the evidence; and (2) that the trial court erred in giving certain instructions for the People.
