By order dated January 25, 2005, the Law Division granted the State’s motion to increase registrant’s Risk Assessment Score (“RAS”) from 36 to 45 and to re-tier him from Tier I, low risk sex offender, to Tier II, moderate risk. Registrant now appeals from that order on the ground that it violates principles of res judicata.
