ORDER
THRASH, District Judge.
This case is an appeal from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia dismissing this adversary proceeding. For the reasons set forth below, the order of the Bankruptcy Court is affirmed.
I.BACKGROUND
