A writ of foreign attachment was issued in the above case, and certain prop*515erty of defendant, John B. Hallam, was attached. Following a rule on plaintiff to show a cause of action, plaintiff filed a statement of cause of action, which statement will also serve as plaintiff’s statement of claim.
