Merrifield Industrial Corporation (“Merrifield”) is a commercial landlord. Merrifield leased office and warehouse space to the Defendant, Michael Glaze. Glaze had space on the second floor with access to a hallway, bathroom, and loading dock. Glaze and PT Armor occupied the premises for approximately two years of a three year lease term. Plaintiff claims Defendants departed the premises in November 2003, without notice, before the lease term had expired.
