— Order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County (Howard E. Goldfluss, J.), entered January 8, 1986, which vacated a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County (Alexander Chananau, J., at plea and sentence), rendered December 5, 1975, convicting the defendant of attempted assault in the second degree and sentencing him to a five-year term of probation, is unanimously reversed, on the law and facts, and the conviction and sentence reinstated.
