LEISURE, District Judge:

This is a diversity action for a declaratory judgment pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2201. Plaintiffs, Lone Star Industries, Inc. (“Lone Star”) and New York Trap Rock Corporation (“NYTR”), move for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure that (a) three personal injury actions against plaintiffs do not fall within the “completed operations hazard” of the applicable insurance policy; (b) the personal injury actions are not subject to the $1,000,000 “completed operations” annual aggregate limit of liability;…
