In this case the Court of Civil Appeals reversed the judgment of the trial court and rendered judgment in favor of the defendants in error. 34 S.W.(2d) 379. The cáse is now before us on writ of error. We adopt the statement of the case as made by the Court of Civil Appeals, as follows:
“This is a contest over the probate of the purported holographic will of Dennis W. Mc-Kenna, a resident of Fond du Lac, Wis., where ihe died on June 11, 1929, at the age of 77 years.
