DeFusco v. Ochee Spring Water Co.

This is an employee’s original petition for compensation under the workmen’s compensation act, general laws 1938, chapter 300, as amended by public laws 1954, chapter 3297. The case was heard before a single commissioner who entered a decree denying the petition. Thereupon the petitioner appealed to the full commission which, after a hearing on the record, affirmed the decree. The case is before us on the petitioner’s appeal from the decree of the commission.
