MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION AND FOR APPOINTMENT OF A RECEIVER

Before this court is defendant, Meyer Holdings, Inc.’s, motion for a preliminary injunction and for the appointment of a receiver. This matter was scheduled for hearing on October 5,1995, but pursuant to Local Rule 7.1(e)(2) (E.D.Mich. Jan. 1, 1992), this court decided to dispense with oral argument, as it was not necessary to determine this motion.
