BEALES, Judge.

Ceon Maurice Fauntleroy (appellant) appeals the trial court’s pre-trial denial of his motion to suppress illegal drugs that were seized from his vehicle during an inventory search by the police. Appellant argues on appeal that his vehicle was not lawfully impounded, and, thus, he contends that the resulting inventory search of his vehicle violated the Fourth Amend ment. For the following reasons, we find the trial court did not err in denying appellant’s motion to suppress, and we remand the matter to the trial court for the limited purpose of correcting a clerical error in the…
