On February 13, 2009 Plaintiff Ocean Benignity Ltd., (“Ocean Benignity”) a foreign corporation of Hong Kong, brought suit against Defendants Ocean Maritime Co., Ltd. (“Ocean Maritime”) and SI Maritime, foreign corporations with their principal place of business in Seoul, South Korea.
