Humphrey v. Detroit Bank & Trust Co.

Three cases have been consolidated on appeal in this matter. In case No. 75590, plaintiff-appellant Florence Humphrey appeals as of right from a December 6, 1983, Oakland County Circuit Court order granting the appellees’ motion for accelerated judgment. In case No. 75589, she appeals by leave granted from a decision of the Oakland County Circuit Court entered on July 22, 1983, affirming an order and opinion of the Oakland County Probate Court rendered on March 5, 1980.
