On consideration before the court is a complaint seeking to deny the discharge-ability of debts filed by the plaintiff, Industrial Design Associates, against the debtor, Wendell Glenn Blount, as well as, a complaint for damages filed by Mississippi Durable Medical Equipment, Inc., and Wendell Glenn Blount against Industrial Design Associates (the latter complaint having initially been filed in the Circuit Court of Calhoun County, Mississippi, then removed to the United States' District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi, and then…
