John W. Tuttle, individually, and as administrator of the Estate of John David Tuttle, deceased, and Shirley Jan Carricato, the heirs of John David Tuttle, deceased, brought suit against Eddie Ray Pritchard, formerly Eddie Ray Tuttle, wife of John David Tuttle, to recover the interest of their deceased father’s estate in the community estate of their father and defendant Eddie Ray Pritchard.
