Petitioner Yijing Huang, a native and citizen of China, seeks review of a June 16, 2015, decision of the BIA affirming a February 27, 2014, decision of an Immigration Judge (“U”) denying Huang’s application for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”).
