Straus, J., at jury trial and sentence), rendered May 28, 2003, convicting defendant of murder in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of 22 years to life, unanimously modified, on the law, to reduce defendant’s conviction for murder in the second degree to manslaughter in the second degree, and remand for resentencing.
